Each step in Skin Xpression's skin care program plays a vital part in preparing the skin for the next step. Dependent upon your skins needs you may find that you will only use 3 or 5 of the different steps or that you may change your products according to weather and seasons as well. Alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) are "naturally occurring" acids. AHAs work to break down dead skin cells and speed up exfoliation. As a result, new, healthy skin cells are produced faster enabling you to have a radiant, youthful appearance.
What is Squalene Oil and where is it derived from?
Squalene oil is derived from Spanish Olives. It is a natural component of the skin and it is considered to be a wonderful emollient (skin softener) that has antioxidant and immune-stimulating properties. This moisturizing oil may also help to reduce skin irritation and allergic responses.
