CoQ10 Toner contains Aloe Vera and Hyaluronic Acid. Directions: Apply to a cotton ball and dab onto skin. Allow to dry. Rinse with tepid water. Pat dry. Follow with DNA+, Extreme, Brilliant and/or Vibrant Xpression, then follow with Morning, Hydrate3 or Luxury Xpression.
